1. Do all Swiss mobile providers accept Mobile Voucher?

   No, not quite. But most of the well-known Swiss mobile providers are on board, and new ones are being added all the time. So if you're a prepaid customer of Swisscom, Orange, Sunrise, M-Budget, or Yallo – look out for the logo or ask for Mobile Voucher.

2. What amount can I top up on my prepaid mobile using Mobile Voucher?

   You're flexible when it comes to choosing the amount to top up. However, the individual amounts vary from provider to provider. You will find a summary of possible top-up amounts here.

3. What conditions do I need to meet to be able to use Mobile Voucher?

   At ATMs, Mobile Voucher only works with Swiss Maestro cards (formerly ec cards). At payment terminals, on the other hand, you can also pay for your prepaid credit by credit card or cash and do not need to have a Maestro card.

   Mobile Voucher enables you to top up your prepaid mobile at more than 6,500 payment terminals and ATMs throughout Switzerland.    Not all Swiss banks support Mobile Voucher yet. The network currently comprises more than 4,000 ATMs. Further banks are being added all the time. You will have no problems using your Maestro card with Mobile Voucher at ATMs from other banks. You will not have to pay any charges for the privilege.    You only pay the amount that you use to top up your mobile. There are no charges – either at the checkout or at ATMs of your bank or another bank.

   No, no bank charges are levied – at an ATM of either your bank or another bank. Only the air time that you top up on your mobile phone is debited from your account.
